It is impossible to disturb God

"In him God has chosen us before the foundation of the world, that we may be holy and without blemish before him." Ephesians 1.4

Today, I would like to remind you of something that seems important to your well-being : you are not a surprise to God.

He knew exactly what to expect when he chose you, just as he knew exactly what to expect when he chose me.

The Bible says that God actually chose us "for him", to belong to him! You did not appear one day by chance. And God has not decided to "tolerate" you when you keep your distance.

You can not bother God : because he has chosen you, you can not disturb him ! He does not look away when you have a problem. But he always reminds you of the path you have already traveled, how successful you have been, how precious you are to him, and how much he loves you.

God already knew your weaknesses, your faults, your failures and he chose to say : "I want you anyway." Ephesians 1.5 declares that he predestinated you to be adopted by him.

God is your father ! With him by your side, things cooperate to bring everything to a successful conclusion for you.

A prayer for today

My God, your love marvels me. You are my father, you had already chosen me before the world was created. Whatever my weaknesses, I know you still want me. Thank you for your goodness !
