Man is just a breath !

Psalms 39.12 - You correct man by punishing him for his fault, you destroy like moth what he holds most dear. Yes, every man is but a breath.

My husband is me, we wish you many many years. Our prayer is that you may grow ever more in the knowledge of our Lord. However, regularly, it is good to take stock.

If we take a good look at who we are, just like David, we will be able to see that we are just a breath. In an instant, everything can change. Far from being pessimistic on this day, I would instead like to make us think about it and thus lead us to appreciate every moment, every thing that God grants us and to praise Him for this wonderful gift that is life.

Of course there are times of suffering and distress and far from me to minimize human suffering. However, for most of us, I think we have to admit that a lot of times we complain about things that are not worth it.

Also, on this day, I invite you to meditate on this thought and to praise God for the breath he grants you.
