More that vanquisher !

"But in all these things we are more than conquerors through the one who loved us." Romans 8.37

It is important that this truth enter our hearts and that we see ourselves as more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. If this is not the case, our enemy, Satan, will be able to trouble us and keep us in defeat. And all the enemy tries to do is kill, steal, and destroy what God wants to give us (John 10: 10). He wants to diminish you, give you a narrow mind and make you live a life at a discount.

I encourage you to find out who God really is.

But it is not necessary for us to live like this. Whoever confesses that Christ Jesus is Lord, repents of his sin and gives his heart to God is a child of God and belongs to him. And in Christ, we are reconciled to God, we are His righteousness, and we have in us the power of Christ to lead a righteous life.

Are you aware of what this means ? This means that as we spend time with God in prayer and Bible study, we can access the wisdom and strength we need to make the right choices. It does not happen overnight, but every day we seek God that way, we will progress.

I would really like you to have the revelation of your identity in Christ as a born-again believer. So you will not be frustrated or discouraged, enduring incessant attacks and simply trying to survive one day after another. God wants to give you better than that !

When you make a mistake and the devil comes to you saying, "You're bad," you do not have to accept the guilt and the condemnation he wants to crush you. No ! You can immediately confess your fault to God, thank him for forgiving and purifying you with the blood of Jesus, and forging ahead in the victory of his grace and forgiveness.

Here is a text that helped me to take possession of my identity in Christ and to live in victory over the vicissitudes of this world : "This is how love is perfect in us, so that we have confidence in the day of judgment : as He is, so are we in this world" (1 John 4:17).

When we know this truth, we do not need to spend our time asking ourselves whether God is interested in us or whether he will take care of us.

An action for today

Discover who God really is. Spend time with him, read his Word and let him love you. Know that he loves you with unconditional love. It is good. He wants to bless you and help you.
