Present clearly the salvation (continued)

I remember deliberately not asking a seller how a product was used, because I thought it must be obvious and I did not want to sound too stupid ! But when I got home, I had to dissect the instructions (you know the folded white paper inside the box, written in difficult language) because I did not know how to use it.

An extremely fundamental thing when we talk about salvation is to explain to the person how to come to the Lord. We need inspiration and we need to give this person all the necessary elements, in understandable words, so that she can accept it (it may also be that she is already under a conviction of sin, ready to to receive the Lord).

Jesus speaks of the sower who sows and whose seed falls on the edge of the path. They are the ones who hear the Word but do not understand it. It is you who announce the gospel to them and it is up to you to present it in the clearest possible way. In fact, you may be the only person who will have the opportunity, and therefore the only person they will hear about it. Be therefore, with the help of the Holy Spirit, complete in your explanation. God will take care of the rest.

Sow the Word of God in their hearts with clarity and strength, and the Lord will take care to make it sprout if he finds a receptive heart.

We often use what has been called "the sinner's prayer" or "the prayer of salvation," and that may be fine, but a person who recites such a prayer (because, in fact, she recites it) must know what to to be her attitude by confessing her, what should be the prerogatives of this prayer, and what she must do next. Is his heart ready ? Is she ready to give up everything ? Is she ready to give her life as "a scent of good smell" ? What does this gift mean ?
