The Lord thinks you

At certain times in our lives, we sometimes experience that strange feeling of being forgotten. The friends organize an exit without any sharing, they establish a "vacation project" and simply omit to include you in their plans. If the phone rings, it is not to ask you for news but rather to solicit a service Your mobile is desperately quiet and the doorbell also your door ...

Sometimes we find ourselves alone and this is permissible for God to prepare us to live a time for His glory. If God has placed you in "a waiting room", do not blame anyone but take advantage of these moments to grow.

Whatever your call, do not lose not your time, show off your talents, sharpen them, and at the divine hour when the Lord will open the door of the waiting room you will be ready.

You are called to lead the people of God in worship and for now you are sitting, so take advantage of this time to develop your worshiping heart, to perfect yourself in your instrument. You are called to serve with children and currently you are put aside, learn, take classes, develop your pedagogy and at D-day you will be ready.

The apostle Paul, having received a prophecy that he would be an instrument to touch non-Jews, was isolated for nearly fourteen years. Imagine his discomfort when he had to learn that the gospel was spreading without him ... Antioch of Syria lived an awakening, the apostle Peter won Corneille, a non-Jew, for the Lord. Paul could have taken it very badly. But he waited for the Lord to open the door for him to step into a new stage.

In a life there are seasons. I live in Gironde, in the middle of the vineyards of Bordeaux. The harvest time is short, about two or three weeks! This is the image that is given for the development of a wine, but this is only a season because before you have to have a good vine with beautiful branches. It will take a long time for the vine before being used for the harvest. Then once a year, the grape season takes place and the harvest is not long. After another waiting season ... It can last several years before we can taste wines of prestige. With exceptional wine, exceptional preparation !

Lord, thank you for encouraging me to realize that you have not forgotten me, but that you are preparing me for the glory of your name. Amen.
