The more large of miracles

"The LORD said to me : Do not pretend that you are too young, for you will go and find all those to whom I will send you, and you will tell whatever I command you" (Jeremiah 1:7).

Jeremiah was called upon nations and kingdoms, but above all towards individuals. God warned him that he was establishing him "against the kings of Judah, against his princes, against his priests, and against the people of the land" (Jeremiah 1:18). They were individuals, individuals, individuals, and a crowd. God is looking for a man. He will say : "Go through the streets of Jerusalem, look, inquire, look in the squares, if there is a man, if there is one who practices righteousness, who clings to the truth. and I forgive Jerusalem" (Jeremiah 5:1). The individual is so important to God that he is ready to forgive a whole people if he finds one right ! The individual is so valuable to God that he sent Jesus to die for each one of us, as an individual, not as a nation. Think about it a little. What is not God willing to do for a man ? He showed his glory to Moses, he set back the sun for Hezekiah, he took Enoch with him, and he grew a castor over Jonah.

I asked Annabelle to give me an example of one of the most powerful things God has done for a man and it is this last example of the castor that came to him! Reading her my first three examples, she found a little ridiculous his ! And yet, remember that God began to show the prophet Jeremiah a simple branch ! This castor is in fact perhaps the greatest of miracles, for God cared for something so insignificant for a man with bad temper ! And what exactly was the lesson ? God said to him : "You have pity on the castor that did not cost you any trouble and that you did not grow, that was born in one night and died in one night. And I would not have pity on Nineveh, the great city, in which there are more than one hundred and twenty thousand men who can not distinguish their right from their left, and animals in large numbers !" (Jonah 4:10-11)
