The strenght of vision

"Without vision the people are dying." Proverbs 29.18

Why should I die for lack of vision ? Why would I let myself die ? In reality, a dream, a dream, a prospect of future fulfillment gives me strength today. It inspires me in my present, gives me the courage I need when I get up in the morning. If I live my life without purpose, without any project to accomplish I will let myself go.

Your vision gives you strength for today, it shows you a way forward, a course to keep.

It is important to live an inspiring, challenging life that drives us to a better tomorrow. As I get up each morning, and build brick by brick my life, by doing the extra kilometer, I become day after day the person that the Lord desires.

When you start moving forward, one step at a time, even if there is a storm, even if what you build collapses, understand this : the man or woman you have become will always be there, rich his experience, his strength and his knowledge.

No one can take away from you what you have learned or the person you have become. No failure, no broken hope can rob you of your experience or what came out of it. You can give everything in your goal, live a failure and realize that you have become a more mature person through your experience. You can invest in a relationship and even if it does not work, you will keep for life the man or woman you have become.

Your vision gives you strength for today, it shows you a way forward, a course to keep. Every day this dream inspires you, challenges you, and leads you to surpass yourself. In coming to this earth the Lord had a clear purpose : to reconcile man with God. This force led our Savior to endure hardships and he did not let go until he had accomplished his mission.

Have an inspiring and inspired dream of God, a purpose that will push you, lift you from your bed for a different life.

A prayer for today

Lord give me a vision that will animate my life and give it meaning, amen.
