The time is in your favor !

"I will send the rain at the right time, it will be rain of blessings." Ezekiel 34.26

Jesus loved to teach people in the form of parables. To farmers, for example, he was talking about agriculture. And for good reason, agricultural life has enough to teach us about our inner life.

The Lord is in control of all aspects of your life.

In general, when a farmer sows seeds, he hopes that it will rain to obtain an excellent result. Sometimes these rains are delayed, and sometimes do not happen at all. The seeds then end up drying and seem like dead to the farmer's eyes, carrying with them all hope of a fruitful harvest.

Like this farmer, each and every one of us puts personal and professional life projects in the ground by counting on the favor of God, so that they grow and produce an excellent result. But the time often seems long between the planting and the manifestation of the result. And this expectation can sometimes be unbearable.

What is your reaction when "it does not go as planned" and you have to keep waiting ? Can you believe that the Lord is in control of all aspects of your life ?

Like this farmer, you are invited today to trust God. Rest assured that at the right time, God will send on your life His RAIN of blessings. Take courage and be bound by the promises made to you. God will open the locks of heaven to make your plans grow. He will keep his word.

If you have recently said to God : "Lord, I'm tired, I give up !", I would like you to know that you are not alone. God is your fortress. A fortress in which you can take time, a break, away from the tumults you encounter, and unload you to leave again filled with courage, and strength.

God is your refuge, you can come to him as you are, spread what boils in your heart, share your sorrows so that he soothes them and your wounds for healing.

God is your deliverer and he gives you victory. Fix your eyes on him and on the rain of blessings that is on the way.

A prayer for today

"Lord, I thank you for the heavenly rain that you send on my life. It does not always happen as I expected, but I believe that you are faithful, that you do not change and that you do not lie. Thank you again for all that you will do in me and through me in the name of Jesus. Amen".
