"My heart was on fire, every complaint was like a burn" Psalms 39.3
When God gives you a vision for your life, it will inflame you with an unquenchable fire. The Psalmist said : "My heart was on fire, every complaint was like a burning." So, what is it that ignites you ? What puts you on fire ?
When God calls you to do something, he creates within you the desire to accomplish it and the strength to make it happen. When God calls you to do something, he creates within you the desire to accomplish it and the strength to make it happen. Even if you feel incompetent, lean on his Word : "For it is God who works in you to will and to do it according to his benevolent purpose." Philippians 2.13.
Gandhi had the vision of a free and independent India at the time when the British ruled it. Henry Ford had the vision that every American family would own an automobile at a time when people were wary of its new invention.
Daniel K. Ludwig had the vision of an autonomous industrial region in the heart of the Brazilian jungle when there was nothing hundreds of kilometers around. Where do all these impulses of creativity come from ? God, our Creator ! And when God gives you a "large format" mentality, you will never again be happy to think in small format.
A decision for today
Will you have moments of doubt ? Yes ! Fear and faith are the two sides of the same coin, and they will never leave your thoughts. But your choice will determine your future, and you have to choose !
