Your place is with God

"God says : "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness !" Genesis 1.26

Today, I invite you to travel back in time with me! Let's go back to the day when God created man. "God created man in his own image, created him in the image of God, created man and woman." Genesis 1.27 Let's see that ... God created man. He gave her a name : Adam. He entrusted to him the management of all Creation. (Genesis 1.28)

Adam stayed in the garden, for that was his original place, the one that had been planned : to be in the Garden of Eden, in the presence of God, closest to him.

Appointment in the presence of the Lord where your true place is, because you are his creation.

Here is what I want to focus on today : God's purpose in creating Man was to have a relationship with him and to be close to him. He could have placed it anywhere on this earth. But he chose to place it close to him.

Our God is a God of relationships. We have never been created to be separated from Him ! That's why I can tell you this morning : God loves you personally and it's really his desire to be with you every moment ! At any time, it is possible for you to go "in the garden" of his presence. Where life reigns, peace, provision and joy.

You have been created to experience all of this every day of your life. And especially today. So do not wait any longer and go to the presence of the Lord where your true place is, because you are his creation. To do this, all you have to do is calm your thoughts, open your heart to him, and just talk to him and listen to him, just as you would a friend.

A prayer for today

Why not start by saying these few words : "Jesus, I want to be closer to you, in" this garden "where there is your presence, help me to meet you and teach me to know you better. Amen."
