God only sees it

The moon revolves around the earth in 28 days, and during this same period, it also spins on itself, like a slow top. So she always presents the same face to the earth. So there is for us its visible side and its hidden side. Since the satellites are sent, photos of this face invisible to man have been taken.

Is there not in the same way, in my heart, a hidden side, invisible to others, but visible to God ? It's like a secret between God and me. No one, not even my spouse or my children, fully knows the reality of my relationship with God. I can't really describe her to others. But God sees it perfectly and takes it into account.

If the hidden face of the moon is not visible from the earth, each point of this face is on the other hand illuminated by the sun for 14 days, then it remains as many days in the shade. Again, let's draw a parallel with our relationship with God. Sometimes the hidden side of my heart is in the light of God who illuminates and warms it. It happens when I read the Bible carefully and its message has its full impact as the word of God on my heart and conscience. If at other times I read it superficially or not at all, without praying, then this hidden side remains in the shadows. God only knows because I can look good. But I can come back to God, my Father, and tell him what has been a shadow between him and me. And even though I'm confused without knowing why, I can open my heart to him in prayer.
